Today I will share with you a perfect recipe.This drink gives a very refreshing feeling and healthy nutrition this juice is made up of mangos,banana,apple and milk..
Mango, apple, banana, and dates are all excellent sources of essential vitamins and minerals. They contain vitamins A, C, and E, which are powerful antioxidants that help strengthen the immune system, promote healthy skin, and protect against cellular damage.
Here's a recipe that combines with mango, banana, apple, and dates into a delicious and nutritious smoothie..
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 apple, cored and diced
- 4-5 dates, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (optional)
- Honey
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
- Place the diced mango, sliced banana, diced apple, and chopped dates in a blender.
