In my post this time, I want to tell you about one day I visited a landfill site and also some aerial photos that I took and shared here. The bright morning sky was decorated with thick wisps of thick black smoke. The smoke comes from the final disposal site (TPA) for burning rubbish. The fire devoured the pile of rubbish like a giant, raging dragon.

Burning piles of rubbish produce a pungent odor. The stench and smoke mixed together, making residents around the landfill feel uncomfortable. Some people cover their noses and mouths with cloth.

The sun was starting to set, but the fire at the landfill was still not extinguished. Firefighters are still trying to extinguish the fire. The previously clear sky had now turned reddish orange, decorated with thick black smoke.

Night fell, the landfill was still shrouded in thick smoke. Firefighters are still on duty at the location. The fire is still not completely extinguished, embers are still burning among the piles of rubbish.

Fires at waste landfills are a frequent occurrence. These fires cause various negative impacts, such as air pollution, health problems for local residents, and environmental damage.

This photo story wants to depict the tense situation and negative impact of fires at waste landfills. We must work together to find solutions to overcome this problem, so that fires at landfills do not happen again.

Let us together protect the environment by reducing the amount of waste we produce. We also have to recycle rubbish and throw rubbish in the right place. That way, we can help prevent fires in waste landfills and preserve the environment.
