(The Jampoek) The owl's sharp gaze

A few days ago, I went to the zoo with my family where various types of animals were kept in cages and cared for by the zoo manager. My children were very happy when I took them to the zoo, and they witnessed various kinds of animals there.

Out of all the different kinds of animals there, only owls caught my attention. I saw an owl standing in an iron cage without moving even though I approached it. The owl had a sharp gaze as if it was about to jump out of the cage. I immediately took my camera and captured a photo of it, as you can see in the picture I'm sharing this time. Its gaze was very sharp. I don't dare to call the owl by its scientific name and type as I don't know it, although I have tried to find articles on the internet about this owl. According to the zoo manager that I visited, all these types of animals, including the owl, are protected by the state, and their population is endangered in my place.
