I grew my own cucumbers. Well, I used them more quickly - I made that strange Russian cold soup that everyone doesn't understand - okroshka!
At first, I chopped everything coarsely - potatoes, home-made eggs, cucumber, onion, dill, radish and sausage. I don't eat sausage at all - only in okroshka)
It's like an Olivier salad. And then - the most epic thing - we add cold live kvass. And the sauce. I add homemade mayonnaise. Well, it's a real mess!
I rarely eat okroshka)
But I did!
