Hello everyone.
This morning at 9:00 a.m., my husband, mother-in-law and I took my youngest daughter to pray for blessings at the Guan Yin Shrine near our house. This week, my youngest daughter did not go to school and next week, school will be closed. Another thing is that my youngest daughter needs to prepare herself before going for heart disease treatment. Everyone in the house felt worried, so we relied on the sacred things (this is according to each person's belief). Most Buddhists believe in and have faith in gods, so for happiness and peace of mind, my family and I went to pray for my youngest daughter's surgery to be successful. Even though medicine is modern these days, sometimes we can't help but worry and my daughter is only 5 years old, so my worries are very high. So, this is my story today. In the late morning, the sunlight was not too hot. Because the 4 of us drove to the Guan Yin Shrine. I have been to this shrine once before and many times when I drove past, I noticed that the door was always closed. In fact, we can go in and ask them to open the shrine. Shrines are different from temples because shrines are taken care of by villagers, while temples are governed by the abbot.

When we arrived, we went to buy incense sticks and candles to use as offerings to pray to Guan Yin. My husband made his daughter pay respects and make a wish while he was sitting nearby. I forgot to ask my daughter what she wished for, but all I could hear was the voice of my husband asking for a wish for my daughter. The two of us prayed for our daughter's safety. And may the surgery go well and smoothly. The 24th is coming soon. And besides, I have a boyfriend who will go to a Thai temple to ask for blessings the next day. The shrine is quite quiet and has a spacious parking lot suitable for accommodating people who come to pay respects to the goddess Kuan Yin. After making a wish, we took the paper and burned it in the large kiln that the shrine has built in front of the shrine. After paying respects, we all went to buy breakfast and return to the house. And this is another one of my activities today. Thank you friends for stopping by and reading my article today.
