Early in the morning, I found a kind of flower that I had never seen before on the top floor of the hotel. At first glance, this flower really doesn't have any particularly gorgeous features, but it just makes people feel comfortable and pleasing to the eye.
I got closer and took a closer look. This flower is small, and the petals are not showy. The color is light, just like an ordinary little wild flower. But for some reason, the more I look at it, the better it looks. I also smelled it. Hey, there is a faint fragrance. It's not strong, but it's especially fresh.
I was so curious that I quickly looked it up on the internet. Only then did I know that this flower is called Epidendrum ciliare and belongs to the Orchid family. When I looked at the introduction, wow, this flower is mainly distributed in places like Venezuela, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. No wonder I haven't seen it before.
We all know that orchids are generally quite elegant. Although this Epidendrum ciliare is not as eye-catching as other orchids, it also has its own little charm. Looking at this flower, I was thinking. In today's society, everyone likes those things that are particularly shiny and bright. On the contrary, it is easy to ignore these flowers that are not very conspicuous but actually quite beautiful. This Epidendrum ciliare is like a quiet little nobody. It doesn't expect everyone to look at it. It just looks beautiful in its own little corner. I am really lucky to meet it today. I wonder if there are others who can also discover the goodness of this little Epidendrum ciliare?
