That's right, I really like Ili too. It's my first time visiting Yining in winter. The old town of Ili, and the blue Kazanqi. In winter, Kazanqi's iconic carriage tours are unavailable—they'll resume next April. The Kazanqi Cultural Tourism Zone, with almost no tourists, feels peaceful and quiet. We rented a small car for 25 yuan per person, and it took us around for a tour, visiting four local residences. I loved capturing the blue doors and windows in my photos—a world filled with shades of blue, deep and light.
