I’m probably on about my 6th week if pole dancing now and I am loving it. Today we did the gargoyle pose and it was REALLY hard. I show the videos of my getting into these poses but every one is about 4-5 disasters to get there. I’ve discovered Altho strength is important, body positioning is at least equal because I start off nowhere near and then achieve the poses but I didn’t gain strength in 20 minutes! This is definitely the strongest I have ever felt in my life already.
