Delicious platter
Today I sliced up kiwi and bananas. This is such a delicious and healthy snack! Kiwis are a great source of vitamin C and bananas are a source of potassium. They are both rich in fiber, which helps with digestion.
I sliced up the kiwi and bananas and put them in a bowl. I added a little lemon juice to keep the kiwis from darkening.
This appetizer is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It can also be a nice addition to a fruit platter at a party.
