Hello @sur-riti! Thank you for organizing such a lovely contest, because anger is an unavoidable part of our daily lives. I'd like to invite my friends @enrisanti, @luisito01, and @steem-for-future to participate in the contest and share their amazing experiences.

Malindu was a simple guy living in a small town, known for his friendly smile and kind heart. Everyone knew one thing about Malindu; he had a short temper. If things didn't go his way, his face would grow red, and he'd snap at everyone, even his best friends. Malindu wasn't rude; he could not simply control his anger.

One morning, Malindu had faced a disaster. His alarm hadn’t gone off, and he was late for an important meeting at work. He dashed to the bathroom but the water was not running. "What an evil," he whispered, and beat on the bathroom door, unable to control his anger.

With no time for a shower, Malindu grabbed his bag and ran outside to catch the bus. But, of course, he missed it by just a few seconds. The bus drove off, leaving a puff of smoke, and Malindu kicked the ground in frustration. “Great! Just great!” he muttered to himself. Now he had to walk to work, already fuming with anger.

When Malindu finally arrived his office, he was sweaty and exhausted. His boss, Mr. David was looking forward to his arrival at his table and asked "You are late, Malindu. What happened to you. This meeting is very important.” Malindu's frustration boiled over, and he responded "The bust left without me! The pipes in my house aren't working! Nothing goes as I want.

Mr. David knew Malindu well and looked at him gently, saying, "We all have difficult days, Malindu, but you need to relax. Don't let little things spoil your entire day."

Malindu, still angry, walked into the conference, feeling as if the entire world was against him. He could not concentrate throughout the meeting. Everything that happened to him in the morning had ruined his entire day.

While he sat at his desk, still irritated, his phone buzzed. It was from his mother; "Malindu, could you pick up some vegetables on your way home?" That simple request from his mother made him angry once more. He put back his phone on the table and muttered "Why is it always me?".

Malindu walked to the grocery shop that evening, still bearing the burden of his anger from the morning. While selecting the vegetables, he noticed something dangerous. A boy of about five years old was playing with a tiny ball outside the shop. The ball suddenly slid out and rolled into the busy streets. The child went after the ball, unaware of the danger.

Malindu's heart stopped; he yelled, "Stop! boy stop!" but the boy did not hear him. Malindu observed a car speeding down the street; he hurried to the street grabbed the boy and took him to a safe area. The boy looked up at Malindu with wide eyes and said "Thank you" realizing his danger.

His anger vanished at the same moment and he realized how foolish his frustration had been. He had been upset about tiny things in the whole day and could not control his anger. But, at this moment he understood that he could not control everything in his life.

Malindu walked home, he felt lighter. While walking he thought about how he was silly to let him upset for such a tiny problem. When he got back home, his mother smiled and thanked him for the vegetables. He responded to his mother with a smile "You're welcome, Amma."

The next morning Malindu awoke with refreshed feelings. No water yet in his bathroom, and his bus was missed, but he didn't get angry. He shrugged and thought “It’s not the end of the world.” Mr. David gave him extra duties, which he fulfilled with a big smile.

Malindu had learned an important lesson: no matter how bad things seem; anger never solves the problem. It only makes things worse. Sometimes, it's better to breathe, let go, and focus on what matters.

From that day Malindu was famous not for his temper, but for his calm and peaceful nature, even when things happened in a bad way.
