The difference is that the matching funds for the 9th round of donations will be allocated by categories, specifically: infrastructure construction (150,000 US dollars), DApp (125,000 US dollars), global communities (125,000 US dollars), and East Asia And Southeast Asia projects (50,000 US dollars), NFT projects (50,000 US dollars).
