Hello everyone, it's been such a long time. It's good to be here. I love this contest organized by @muhammad-ahmad as it helps us know about foods from other regions.
Breakfast
For my breakfast, I ate coconut rice. As the name goes, coconut rice is made from coconut water and milk. Coconut is very good for the body while rice generally gives carbohydrates. I added ingredients like fresh tomatoes, carrot, fresh fish, etc.

Lunch
Lunch is usually taken at noon, and it can strengthen one to work harder so my lunch was something heavy. My lunch was afang soup (ukazi) and garri, that is grated cassava made into swallow. It was a heavy meal that helped me to the end of the day. Vegetables generally gives vitamins and minerals in the body.

EVENING MEAL
I took very light meal in the evening which was salad, salad is made from combination of fruits and fruits are very effective in the body. It makes one fresh and helps in digestion.
