Tell us about your favourite fruit of the week.

My favourite fruit for the week is no other fruit but orange, some days ago i have to plugged down some oranges from the orange tree in our compound that has ripe, though i never like orange that much but the taste from this particular oranges we have in our compound made me consider it as my favourite fruit of the week as well as all time because it really taste nice and sweet.

What are the health benefits of your favourite fruit.

Fruit like orange has so many health benefits that plays a vital role in our overall well-being,
Orange fruits boost our immune system and also provide the body with rich protein that helps heals wounds faster and gives us smoother skin also taking orange regularly can help you maintain heart health as well as minimizing the risk and chances of getting high blood pressure (HBP) and cardiovascular disease, in addition oranges are one of the top vitamin C foods which protects our immune system from viruses, bacteria and many other diseases.

Do you believe that regular consumption of natural fruit can keep you and your family away from hospital?

Of course yes, consuming natural fruit regularly can keep us away from hospital for a long time because fruits are just like medicine, taking them regularly indirect you are protecting your body from several diseases that comes your way as well as even curing the existing ones in your body, so if you fail to eat your fruits as medicine you will definitely eats your medicines as food.

Oranges are very expensive in my area assive it is been imported, that is sold for three N200 which is equivalent to 0.77steem in steem price, anyways that is not even my concern either because i don't buy oranges since we have the tree in our compound that produces fruits often so instead i get them when i need it instead of buying it.
