My favourite fruit this week is Avocado Pear. Instestingly, we have two types of pear in my locality. The normal pear which is rather smaller and the Avocado Pear.

I love Avocado because of its creamy texture. Avocados can be eaten fresh. It is a very helpful ingredient in smoothies - avocados give that buttery feeling.
✅What are the health benefits of your favourite fruit.
Like any other fruit, avocados have a lot of benefits. They are rich in potassium, which regulates blood pressure and reduce the risk of stroke. Avocados contain healthy fats which helps to regulate appetite. As a good source of fiber, avocado promotes healthy digestion and prevents constipation. Also, Avocados are rich in antioxidants which protects the skin from damage and promotes healthy hair growth.
Yes, that's right, Avocados promote skin and hair growth. These are just a few of the wide range of benefits Avocado has to offer.
✅Do you believe that regular consumption of natural fruit can keep you and your family away from hospital? Justify your answer.
Definitely! Fruits are natural antioxidants and detoxifiers. As natural antioxidants, they help to reduce oxidative stress and prevent chronic or severe health challenges. As detoxifiers, fruits provide essential nutrients and fibers which remove toxins.
Fruits help to improve our general health and wellbeing. They keep us healthy, fit and out of the hospital. However, we do not completely rely on fruits. We still need to participate in physical exercise and take some supplements to guarantee a total state of wellbeing.
