Drawing of Strawberry

in hive-110439 •  last month

Cordial greetings to all!

Salutations, fellow Steemians of the Steem Kitchen community. So first of all, today will be my first time joining the competition in this community. I thus considered taking part in this competition when I noticed it. Actually, I adore drawing contests like this one since I enjoy drawing so much. The illustration of a strawberry is the topic of today's competition. Due to the fact that it is a drawing competition, I am taking part. I'm drawing a strawberry as my entry for this competition today. To begin my involvement, I will show you how to draw this strawberry in a simple, step-by-step manner. Before starting my post, I would like to thank @muhammad-ahmad for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, without further ado, I’m going to share my strawberry drawing.

Strawberries are a tasty fruit, but they also have a lot of surprising health benefits too. Here are some interesting facts:
• The only fruit with seeds on the outside is the strawberry, which belongs to the rose family.
• Since strawberries are classified as an accessory fruit, the fleshy portion you are consuming is actually the plant's stem.
• Approximately 200 seeds cover the surface of a single strawberry.
• Strawberries are not berries at all! According to botany, they are categorized as aggregate fruits.

The material I used at the time of drawing.

Process of drawing

✏️🍓Step 01 🍓✏️

I start by drawing a heart shape, with the bottom point pointed rather than rounded. This will make up the strawberry's main body. Then I added about 6–7 leaves around the top, slightly overlapping for a natural look.

✏️🍓Step 02🍓✏️

I have drawn two more strawberries in the same way on the right side and behind the drawn strawberry.

✏️🍓Step 03🍓✏️

I dotted the strawberry's body with tiny oval or teardrop forms. Next, I follow the strawberry's curve to evenly space them. Typically, seeds are concentrated nearer the margins. I added some details by drawing some lines in the middle of the half-drawn strawberry which is the right one.

✏️🍓Step 04🍓✏️

I have beautifully colored the halved strawberry using red, orange, and green colors.

✏️🍓Step 05🍓✏️

In this step, I painted the body of the first drawn strawberry with red paint, then painted its seeds with yellow paint, then painted its leaves with green.

✏️🍓Step 06🍓✏️

Finally, I dyed the rest of the strawberries in the same method.
