In Less Than A Half Century, There Will Be No Corporations Left

Corporations are evil.
Corporate tax is evil.
The way corporations treat their customers is evil.

Even the little mom&pop LLC is doing evil.

All of this evil has to end.

It is legalese incarnate

Corporations internalize profits and externalize costs.
With such power, can any good be done? With no restrictions, and all the power being on one side, it is very hard to stay good. The ruts all run towards more evil.

Liability for anything the corporation does, is limited to the corporation. And the most damaging thing that can be done is the paper defining the corporation can be put through the shredder.

The corporation is a being. Just like a human being. (that doesn't mean what you think it means in a court of law) And so, can do anything a human can, but if they get caught doing something bad, are you going to jail a piece of paper?

We don't have any legal recourse, or any real way to harm a corporation. So, there is no way to regulate, confine, or limit a corporation. You can't threaten it's life. You can't get a posse together and go arrest it or string them up high.

So, basically, those controlling the corporation have nothing to fear. And the law allows for lots of evil to be done. It is all in the name of "free market capitalism" (although it is not free, the market is controlled, and capitalism is "the golden rule", he who has the gold, makes the rules)

Giant corporations are out of control. And the big ones have more money and power than most nations. And soon, they will divest themselves of nation control. They are bigger, and they will show the govern-cement who is really in charge.

Wallymart moves into town

Wallymart can decide to move into a town. They are free to open a store wherever they want.

They move in, and build a major complex, not in downtown, that would be too expensive, they build it in a much cheaper area. This causes the downtown area to collapse. And often, other big stores move to the same area, and so basically disrupt the natural growth of a town. The town now becomes a satellite of the Wallymart district.

The small stores in this town go bust. Lots of people get laid off. Those get jobs for less pay at Wallymart. There is now less money flowing through the town. And further, much money is being syphoned out of the town.

Wallymart decides to close this store. It wasn't doing good enough numbers. But, it has already destroyed the smaller stores. And if Wallymart leaves, there is no groceries to be had for a hundred miles.

This is what we allow large corporations to do.

Instead, if Wallymart wants to come to town, it had better help out the town, and if they want to leave, had better put the town back together like it found it. If you break something, you are required to fix it. That is common law.

But, we allow Wallymart to avoid that completely. They are not responsible for the destruction they cause.

Further, a Wallymart super-center usually has more money flow through it then the local city govern-cement. Their power and influence is far greater. So, who is ruling who? Who is in control?

The actual people of the town are powerless.

The Future

There is a balance that is shifting. As more people become more self-sufficient. As populations move out of cities into rural communities. As more and more local, distributed manufacturing happens. The control that corporations have will dwindle.

Then there comes a time when an actual green movement starts. Not this fake windmill shit we have today. People will not tolerate pollution. Every process will be worked over to eliminate waste, and eliminate environment destruction. (power will not be as much of an issue, so it will not be an extreme expense to scrub the air/water that goes through the plant)

We will not tolerate any corporation that is polluting. And this force will be global, and quick. This will not be like the Woke outcries of today. It will not be hearsay. It will not be just annoying.

There will be people monitoring the outputs of corporation plants. And the reports will be put online for all to see. And these reports will drive purchasing decisions of the population. So, unless a corporation really gets its act together and eliminates waste and pollution, it will find itself out of business really quickly.

Further, since most corporations are actually evil, (some are dumping toxic waste, that they make specifically for dumping) they will not move fast enough to satisfy customers. Those customers will become ex-customers, and the corporation will soon be dead.

It is an interesting time to be alive. Watching the too big to fail corporations acting like they are all-powerful, while they are actually crumbling.

A good example will be when the actual facts of the VAXXX come out, while people are dying and losing their minds from the VAXXX. Then those Big Pharmas will lose their customers. No one will trust them. And those losing their minds will probably lose it and go all Rambo on their asses.

Big Pharma will WISH they could be sued. But, since they can't, there is only one path to justice. Your daughter, father, mother, grandma, died and it was definitely from the VAXXX, what is your path of recourse? This is coming. (anyone working for BigPharma, i suggest you change your profession, change your name, move to a new state or country, and never speak of what you used to do)

The big corporations will be gone in less than 50 years. Maybe faster.

The idea of corporations (the legal construct) will become abhorrent to our thinking. At the same time, the legal structure that gives rise to a litigious society will also go away. No more will we give the entire income of someone who was maimed in recompense. (most of income goes to the banks, then to taxes, and then to utilities, so really, the amount denied a person from an accident involving a bad product is only what is left after those expenses. Today, the one being sued must pay with what is left over, to someone else + all the expenses. It is not doable. This has to come to an end)

So, the idea of a corporation, the power of a corporation, the corporate law, will all be thrown in the dust bin.
