The Stalinist shitbags of the Biden Admin consider Tulsi Gabbard enough of a “threat actor” to put her on a secretive watchlist that doesn’t prevent her and her husband from flying but forces them to undergo pat downs and more invasive searches at TSA checkpoints and subjects them to gangstalking by specialized air Marshals and TSA agents. Tulsi first suspected she was a targeted individual when her and husband’s were marked with the distinct quad S designation which stands for Secondary Security Screening Selection. This forces her and her husband to submit to invasive physical searches of her luggage and pat downs. Her and her husband also started encountering canine units on her return flights. Since these events have unfolded, several Federal Air Marshal whistleblowers with information about a secret TSA surveillance program known as ‘Quiet Skies’ with its own compartmentalized watchlist that Gabbard has been placed on along with many January 6th Capitol protestors who never entered the Capitol, which explains why she was given the quad S designation despite being a lieutenant colonel in the Army and having no prior criminal record or affiliation with designated terrorist organizations. The whistleblowers first shared this information with the Executive Director of the Air Marshal National Council who has conveyed that Gabbard has been assigned a TSA surveillance team consisting of 2 Explosive Detection Canine Teams, a Transportation Security Specialist , a plainclothes TSA Supervisor, and 3 Federal Air Marshals on every flight she boards. As Matt Taibi points out in his report TSA doesn’t have to worry about meeting the constitutional standards of probable cause or even reasonable suspicion, of which they have neither because they are betting that most of their investigations will never be scrutinized in court. Their program is only meant to be Stasi style intimidation and harassment of political dissidents. When the program was officially started in March 2018 to conduct domestic surveillance and stalking of any travelers who displayed any number of vague behaviors that the TSA designated as threatening enough to put on a behavior checklist. According to a 2018 Boston Globe report the program initially consisted of 15 rules for screening all travelers based on ‘travel patterns or behaviors match those of known or suspected terrorists, or people “possibly affiliated” with someone on a watch list.’
It appears the Biden admin has extended the program to its intended use to target political dissidents.
