I got chance last week to visit most beautiful place in Sri Lanka .It is The Adisham Bungalow

The Adisham Bungalow was previously Sir Thomas Lester Villiers' country house, but now it houses the St. Benedict's Adisham Monastery. The Adisham Bungalow, located barely 3 kilometers from Haputale town, is one of the region's most scenic spots.

The home, built in 1931, was planned in the Tudor style and modeled after Leeds Castle in Kent; Sir Thomas Villiers even named it after the village where he was born, and it has all the trappings of an English manor. The Bungalow has a large library that is stocked to the brim with old dusty books that the planter treasured. Tourists are only permitted to see the library and living room of the house, but there is an adjoining guest house where visitors are more than welcome to stay.
