White in details how does the rented place look like, what else is in the apartment, which area will be shared and which will be exclusively for the guests. What extra amenities can they use and anything else you think may be important.

Share the photos of your space. More photos – more attractive your offer will be and more probable that someone will stay there.
Remember to talk with the guest before arrival. Give them all the information they need but don’t be shy to ask the questions too. You are inviting someone to your home, so obviously you have the right to get to know that person before.
Some users can make extra requirements and rent their space only for steemians they know or for steemians with big enough reputation (like, in example 60+). It may be also a good idea to not rent the space to the new users, who are on Steemit for less than two months. On private profile of the user you can see when did they register.
We recommend you to ask the guest for the copy of their passport. That is for your secure – if anything wrong will happen, you have a data of the person who stays in your place. You cannot ask for the original passport. You may see it to confirm it’s exactly the same document as copy you received, but keeping the original passport of another person is strictly prohibited and against the law. Some people may not agree to share their personal data with you so make sure the method of secure is agreed before arrival.
