The new crew members on the board
Some of the more observant users could notice that from yesterday our team has grown by two moderators. Our community is growing rapidly, and in the last month we recorded the third-highest user growth among all communities on Steemit - so moderators will help check your posts, make sure they are scanned for plagiarism, and they will contribute to increased interaction in the group. Already, the average number of comments on posts in our community is 5-6, while in other groups it usually oscillates between 2 and 3. Expanding the team will have a positive impact on this ratio and improve communication between us.
The new admins will also allow us to expand the list of languages in which you can write posts. English is still the preferred language and it guarantees the highest interaction rate, but besides English, you can also write in Spanish, Polish, Russian, Georgian, and Indonesian.

Nuestra comunidad está creciendo rápidamente, y en el último mes registramos el tercer mayor crecimiento de usuarios entre todas las comunidades en Steemit, por lo que los moderadores ayudarán a verificar sus publicaciones, se asegurarán de que sean escaneadas en busca de plagio y contribuirán a una mayor interacción en el grupo. Ya, el número medio de comentarios en publicaciones en nuestra comunidad es de 5-6, mientras que en otros grupos suele oscilar entre 2 y 3. Ampliar el equipo tendrá un impacto positivo en este ratio y mejorará la comunicación entre nosotros.
Los nuevos moderadores también nos permitirán ampliar la lista de idiomas en los que puede escribir publicaciones. El inglés sigue siendo el idioma preferido y garantiza la tasa de interacción más alta, pero además del inglés, también puede escribir en español, polaco, ruso, georgiano e indonesio.

We are waiting for the announcement of the next month's booming support. If we will get any, we will increase the number of moderators. We need to make sure first that we have the resources to reward them for their work though :)
