Today I basically went to visit Dupchanchia municipality. The main reason for this is that smart cards were being distributed in the municipality today instead of analog voter ID cards. That's why I went to visit Dupchanchia municipality.
And this is the main gate to enter Dupchanchia municipality. Basically you have to enter through this gate. And I went in and saw ordinary people lining up to collect their smart cards.

And today there was a lot of crowd in the municipality just to collect this card. And municipality means Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives. Which we all know as local government. And the main job of the local government is to reach the doorsteps of the people. Moreover, this municipality consists of nine wards. And in each ward there is one councilor and in each of the nine wards there are three women councilors. In addition, a mayor is elected by direct popular vote. And these elections are basically for a period of 5 years. And the main task of these people's representatives is to ensure the proper service to the people as soon as possible.
Besides, there are beautiful gardens on both sides of the road in the municipality. And in this garden there are all kinds of flowering plants.
There is also a municipal digital center within the municipality. And the main task of this digital center is to ensure proper service to the people. Here the people are informed about everything in the digital world and here basically all the services that people need such as digital birth certificate and digital death certificate are available in the municipal digital center. As a result, people can easily get their necessities from this center. As a result of being a digital center, helpless and poor people can apply to the government about their allowances like widow allowance, disability allowance, helpless poor allowance etc. All the information is available from the center.

The municipality then has the mayor's room and the member secretary's room.

Besides, the main task of the municipality is to prevent any kind of chaos or fight, robbery, violence against women, child marriage, etc. In addition, the people are aware of the fact that they get their fair share. As a result, the people do not have to suffer in any way and all kinds of help is received through this municipality. In addition, if there is any kind of arbitration, it is resolved through the mayor. The mayor basically handles all the judicial affairs.

There is also a machine for picking up garbage in that situation. Through which basically all the garbage of the municipality is picked up and dumped in a certain place.

There are also rollers for building new roads in municipal areas. Through which basically all the road works of nine wards are done.

In addition, the municipality has a signboard called Citizen Charter. Basically all the information is given in this charter. From here, people can get the information they need.

And today I basically come to visit the Ministry of Local Government. And when I visit here, I get to know a lot of information.
