Here is the list of the Seven Summits:
Mount Everest (Asia): Located in the Himalayas on the border between Nepal and Tibet, Everest is the highest mountain in the world, standing at 29,032 feet (8,848 meters).
Aconcagua (South America): Situated in the Andes mountain range in Argentina, Aconcagua is the highest peak in South America, reaching an elevation of 22,841 feet (6,961 meters).
Denali (North America): Formerly known as Mount McKinley, Denali is located in the Alaska Range in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is the highest peak in North America, standing at 20,310 feet (6,194 meters).
Kilimanjaro (Africa): Located in Tanzania, Kilimanjaro is the highest peak in Africa, with an elevation of 19,341 feet (5,895 meters). It is a free-standing volcanic mountain.
Mount Elbrus (Europe): Situated in the Caucasus Mountains in Russia, Mount Elbrus is the highest peak in Europe, reaching an elevation of 18,510 feet (5,642 meters). It is also a dormant volcano.
Vinson Massif (Antarctica): The highest peak in Antarctica, Vinson Massif, stands at 16,050 feet (4,892 meters). It is part of the remote Ellsworth Mountains.
Puncak Jaya (Oceania): Also known as Carstensz Pyramid, Puncak Jaya is the highest peak in Oceania. It is located in Papua Province, Indonesia, and stands at 16,024 feet (4,884 meters).
It's worth noting that there are two variations of the Seven Summits list. The version mentioned here, which includes Puncak Jaya, is often considered the Messner list. Another version, known as the Bass version, replaces Puncak Jaya with Australia's Mount Kosciuszko. The choice between these two lists depends on whether one defines the continent of Oceania as including both Australia and Papua New Guinea or just Australia.
