Hello Steemians! How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Today I'm here to participate in an amazing contest which is organized by @cryptoloover in the Hot news community. The contest is about "Mental Health of my Friend". So let's start.
Mental Health is about our emotions, physiological changes and our thoughts. It is very important at any stage of life. From childhood to adulthood. Sometimes it can affect our thinking, feelings and actions due to any disturbance. There are many reasons which can affect our mental health badly.
Overthinking is one of main reason of disturbance in mental health. Because overthinking decrease anxiety and tension. Due to overthinking many things change for a person. Stress also increases which affects mental health badly.
Suddenly Losing dear one in life is also a common reason of mental health disturbance. When a person lose his dear one then he spend most of his time in thinking about that person. For sometimes his connection cut from the world. He remembers the memories which he had created with that person.
There are many signs through we can realize that our friend is mentally disturbed. Actually a mentally disturbed person cuts his connection from his friends and wants to be alone. He doesn't like gatherings.
Sudden mood changes and always remain angry is also a sign of mentally disturbed person.
Mentally disturbed person also lose his interest and concentration in studies and other things.
Problem in sleeping also occurs when a person is mentally disturbed. He always feels anxiety.
Sometimes the condition of mentally disturbed become serious and he went towards suicide which is Haram in our religion.
So when we saw these signs in any of our friend we should realize that he is mentally disturbed. And try to bring him out from that condition.
We should always help our mentally disturbed friend without any hesitation. There are some small things through we can help our friend to overcome his mental health.
First of all we should try to make his connection strong with Allah Almighty. Try to keep him busy in the worship of Allah. Ask him to recite the Holy Quran as it is the best remedy for depressed people.
We should always treat him nicely and try to bear his anger. Whenever he shouts at us we should try to remain silent.
We should try to bring him at any Play ground and convince him to take a part in sports.
We should try to provide him healthy food and avoid him to skipping meals.
We should allow him to spend his time with the person he loves and the persons with he can share his emotions.
We should bring him towards positivity. And avoid him not to stuff his mind with negative things.
No I had never experienced such case in my life. But I don't consider it a good thing. There are sometimes our bitter words which can disturb someone's mental peace for a long time. So we should always treat others with patience.
