Hello everyone! I'm @abdullahw2 from Pakistan. Well come to my post. How are you all? I hope that you will be doing well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I'm also fine and enjoying my day. Today I'm here to participate in this amazing contest which is organized by @cryptoloover in the Hot News Community. The topic of this contest is "Your views about support in the Engagement challenges". So let's start without any more delay of time.
Basically every Steemit user want to get as much support as he can. Everyone wants to get huge amount of votes. Participating in the engagement challenges organized by different communities provides an effective opportunity to the Steemians to get big votes from the curators.
Usually I'm continuously participating in the engagement challenges. Almost I participate in the 6 challenges out of 7 but through participating in these challenges I only get votes from $2 to $4 from the curators 4 to 9. I also participate in weekly contests which is organized by different moderates in the different communities. By participating in these contests I get 3 booming votes per week which is about 5$. That is average of my getting votes.
I'm fully satisfied by the support which I getting from the booming and sco4 to sco9. But To be honest I'm little bit satisfied with the support which I getting from the curators. This is because I think I'm investing my so much time in Steemit in participating in engagement challenges but all my efforts are going in vain. You can see my publication posts of the engagement challenges I'm also delivering quality contents but not getting support from the sco1 and sco2.
That is not a good thing because sometimes it demotivates me a lot. But always I deliver my new entry with another quality content and also think about the support of sco1 and sco2. Actually I'm not going anywhere I will try to prove the quality of my post and get more support inn sha Allah.
Yes I have some tips for the newcomers through which they can get good support. Some of them are listed below.
A new comer must work on Steemit consistently because being consistent and remain active on Steemit is very important.
He must always deliver quality contents and be creative and make his post interesting through his own ideas.
He must avoid any kind of plagiarism and if he get information from any external source then he must post the link of that website from where he get information.
He must have any of club like club5050, club75 and club100 because without club he not eligible for support.
He should try to engage with other Steemians by commenting and upvoting their posts.
He should also use proper markdowns to make his post beautiful.
He should participate in the community contests and also in the Diary Game contes through which he can get more support.
Yes I have saw so many Steemians which are working hard on this platform and in return they are not getting enough support. Through which they demotivate themselves and reduce their work on Steemit. I'm just wanna say that if the Steemit team are ignoring their quality contents and not supporting them, then they should guide them properly and tell them the reason of ignoring their posts. I think that by doing it most of Steemians will try to improve their posts and can work with new enthusiasm and devotion.

Thank you friend for the invitation. As much as we are told that votes are not guaranteed in the engagements and all, its indeed disheartening to some of us who puts in a lot of efforts.
