Exploring Baagh-e-Jinnah Lahore: A Journey Through Nature and Serenity

Assalam O Alaikum

Lahore city, a beautiful gem of Pakistan surrounded by a lot of beautiful, charming and breathtaking places to visit. To be honest, that city is a real example of natural beauty, historical places, places where the cultures are displayed and some other wonderful places to see. So, the Baagh e Jinnah is also one of those places which I have visited last year.

To witness the beauty of that Park, we decided to visit it in the afternoon and decided to stay there till the evening. So, we reached there, parked our bike at the stand and then entered the park which is located at a very busy road in Lahore. The entry in that Park was free for everyone as it is a public place to spend some quality time with your friends, family and loved ones without any cost.

After entering inside the park we saw a huge gathering of people as the people was sitting with their families, friends and others. Some of them were visitors and the nature lovers just like us. Some people were also eating food as sitting on the grass, inside the nature and eating foods like biryani hits differently.

The park was very vast and offer a lot of opportunities to people and make their time more interesting there. Yes, there was play areas where the people can play cricket, badminton football and other games as well. Due to all these things, the people love spending time there as they can amuse themselves with many things at juts one place.

After having some time there, we moved towards another place there was a huge cage for birds. The cage was installed at the upper part of the park which was filled with the mountain like structure which you can see in the below pictures. In that cage, there was birds like pigeons, peacocks, ducks sparrows and many other birds.

During our time there, we saw a very interesting thing there which is probably the most interesting thing of our visit to that Park. Yes, we saw some people from another province of Pakistan, wearing their traditional dress. They were wearing same colored suits, same sandals Pishawri Chappals and having a hat on their heads. They were Pathans which belongs to Pishawr one of the largest city of Pakistan.

After that, we decided to move back to our hostel as the time was running and the darkness of night was approaching. So we decided to move back, but when we reached at the main door of the park, we saw there was a journalist who was taking interview of people. He also invited us to have a few words with him about the champions trophy in Pakistan. So we stopped there and had a chat with him.
