Contest!! Dairy Milk vs Artificial Milk

Hello, amazing set of people, I am so delighted to show my participation in the above contest topic, thanks to the steemit team for such an opportunity to write and get rewarded, and thanks to this community for their tireless effort in seeing the progress of the steemit platform, thanks also to the contest organizer @cryptoloover for such an amazing contest topic so keep reading done as I share my opinion and ideas on the above topic.

First of all, I would like to discuss the nutritional difference between dairy milk and artificial milk by explaining the two terms which are dairy and artificial milk. Dairy milk is very natural milk that contains no form of sugar, anything that concerns dairy milk is so natural, dairy milk is also found in cows which are called cow milk. While artificial milk is that which sugar is been added to it, a simple example is milk juices.

Note that, babies can not digest cow milk easily as the mother breast milk, therefore, the breast milk which is also dairy milk is the best for children's consumption. So, breast milk shouldn't be replaced by cow milk, soya milk or even rice milk to be given to a child or an infant in the first 12 months of their lives.

Simple dairy milk is gotten from mammals and mammals are a set of animals that breastfeed their babies. In Order words, artificial milk goes through a lot of processes.

Milk has its special health benefits, milk belongs to a special class of food called protein, protein helps to build and make the body's system grow. People who are suffering from ulcer takes milk because it subsides the pains in the heart, it also serves as a suspension. I can say dairy milk promotes healthy living, especially for children as they feed directly from their mothers and it is recommended that parents should try as much as possible to breastfeed their children as expected.

Milk provides the needed strength for a child' healthy living, and most often when a child gets tired, the milk serves as food for the enrichment of the body system. It also protects an individual from high blood pressure according to thorough research, it helps a child think fast and bravely because it improves the cells in a child's brain.

Yes, we have dairy milk available in my area simply because Fulani people are living around us, these set of people mainly rare cows, they take good care of the cows and the cows become their source of income by selling the milk that comes out from the cow, selling the cow dungs and also selling the cow for consumption as meat.

I'm also believing that most people don't take dairy milk, especially the one from the cow because they don't have access to see them and some were feeding through artificial milk which is not their fault anyways.

Okay, because we have cows around, the Fulani women prepare them well and sell them in a wholesale for whoever wants to buy and sell again. I am from the northern part of Nigeria and for that, we have a lot of this milk available, they are not free, it is made available but at a very cheap price, a full cup can be sold at 100 naira which is equivalent to steel.
