This is an interesting contest @ubongudofot I really your consistency in the showcase keep it up

The interview showcase has make steemit look really like a social media to me my reason of saying this is that it has reveal so many users to me, I get to know their offline activities and appreciate them so much. It also help me know the part of them that is not reveal on the blog, their suggestions on steem growth helps too, their zeal is motivating too.

I've been following it each week so to know which user will come up next, and eager to read through the interview conversation between users this expose me to know more users on the blog.

Which one is your favourite interview from this list here?

The interview with @alejos7ven was my favourite, seeing People have good motives on the blog is really encouraging, it's motivates me to do my best irrespective of my offline schedule I still make out time to steem, People really go through a lot to create good content. Link

Why do you choose that one?

It's a great motivation on my part to work hard, rather than complaining although I'm not a complaining type. I have two hands to type the why not work hard, it was a push for me. Seeing him utilize his skills is something I appreciate so much although I have read about his story some times like that during engagement contest, seeing him in the interview proofs a lot to me.

What are some of the things you learn from the Interview you chose and about my guest

I learn a lot I've mentioned some of it above, my great lesson is to try my best on anything I do rather than giving up, his had work is really commendable I like his skills and great contribution to the platform irrespective of his disabilities. I really appreciate him and pray for more wisdom for him.

Do you think the interview showcase can be used as a means of communication between users and the steemit team?

Well I will say yes because from here the team will get to know each users and will also pay attention to their suggestions on steem growth perhaps it may be good suggestion that will help.

It also transfer appreciate note to the team which is working tirelessly for the betterment of the platform.

What can you say about the interview showcase in connection with steem growth?

Some good suggestions given by users when applied, the encouragement gotten from different users also encouraged other users to remain active. Some developer may see other users suggestions and activate it on the blog too, also reading the real life of users here help others to stay active.
