INTRODUCTION
In my own perspective,Coconut water that is also known as coconut juice, is the translucent, liquid inside a young coconut. The juice that is inside has low sugar and calories but high minerals.
This coconut juice is very very important in the body system,so we need to be taking it at least 4 days w week or every day.

After getting out the juice,I take it to the fridge so as to cold a little before I took it.
After drinking the coconut juice,I main body is also amazing and have it taste differently.
So ate it just like that and the one that is not strong is very very good in the body system.

In Most cases,the health benefit of coconut water is due to its high level of electrolyte in it, such as :
• Potassium
• Calcium
• Magnesium
Electrolyte is the essential minerals that have naturally , positive or negative charge , if someone dissolved in water. They help our body to regulate chemical reactions and keep body fluids in balance.
N/B: If you are a person with low electrolytes, coconut water can be of health choice advantage.
But if not, drinking coconut water is.not good you rather drink a glass of plain water.
