My village is located in Lhokseumawe City, a region in Aceh province, Indonesia. the city is divided into 4 districts (districts), the four districts are Blang Mangat, Muara Satu, Muara Dua, and Banda Sakti. Overall, based on the Central Bureau of Statistics of Lhokseumawe City, the official State Statistics Center, its area reaches 181.1 Km2, with Muara dua as the largest district (District). Muara dua is divided into 17 villages, one of which is Meunasah Mee Kandang Village.

Meunasah Mee Kandang is where I was born, a village known for its courage in guarding its territory in the past. The village where I was born has an area that stretches across most of the Cross-National Road, which connects Aceh province and also the neighboring province of North Sumatra. Three villages are the boundaries of Meunasah Mee village, and the three neighboring villages are the boundaries of Meunasah Mee Kandang village, including the following :
1) in the East adjacent to the mouth of the Sea Strait of Malacca.
2) in the West it is bordered by the village of Meunasah Blang Kandang.
3) in the East it is bordered by the village of Meunasah Mamplam Kandang
4) in the West it is bordered by Sawang Kupula village of Keude Cunda

It is not very clear the origin of the naming of this village, but if examined further it may have meaning in its naming. but according to some public figures who from generation to generation live here. The naming is made based on the characteristics of the situation in the area, it is said that here there are many tamarind trees or better known by the local community (Aceh) as Bak Mee (Mee tree) or in the national language in Javanese Asem tree.
On that basis, this naming is given, to several neighboring villages that have identical names in the past such as Meunasah Mamplam, Meunasah Manyang, Meunasah Blang, Meunasah Coet Girek, and Meunasah Keude Dua or Meunasah Mancrum.

Meunasah Mee Kandang village has a Population of 2,756 people, with a sex-based ratio of 98 with details of 1,362 men and 1,394 women. scattered in 3 small areas called hamlets contained in this village, namely Lancang Hamlet, Meurandeh Hamlet, and Kumbang Hamlet.
Muslims are the original identity of the beliefs of our citizens and 100% of Acehnese people of course and serve as rules and guidelines based on Islam. and the average education obtained by our community, a maximum of high school to college.

Meunasah Mee Kandang village is led by a village head and several village officials, who are tasked with assisting and supervising all matters concerning the public interest, especially in Meunasah Mee village itself. and comply with the rules of law in the state-run by the Government of Lhokseumawe widely, including Sub-District Muara Dua in it.
In difficult times as an area forgotten by the government at that time, Meunasah Mee village was transformed into a village that had a strong and courageous community character in opposing the injustice that occurred at that time. Now in a much better situation, people in this village have comfort in activities. the development and progress in this area can not be separated from some of the immigrants who become residents of our village, the combined identity of the indigenous people of Meunasah Mee village is strong and knowledgeable, and also immigrants from several surrounding areas, encouraging increased economic activities around and encouraging the progress of existing human resources.

Several small-scale factories and several shops make the village which part of its territory is traversed by the state National Road, as a link between Aceh province and North Sumatra province. making this village grow every year, with all the developments that exist. The people in my village have diverse livelihoods according to their expertise, some are civil servants, teachers, lecturers, fish farmers, fishermen, builders, police officers, and entrepreneurs.

In Meunasah Mee Kandang there are government offices that support the development and also as a forum for community associations. here are some important buildings.
- a Mosque called the Syura mosque.
- one Meunasah or referred to as the village hall.
- One elementary school level is SD 4 Kandang.
- A Dayah Tarbiah Islamiah Mazhab Syafi'i or gathering place for the community in learning the science of Islam.
- One Puskesmas building as the center of Public Health Services.
- One sector Police Station.
