This famous Fuskar shop in my area is located in Syedpur city. I went there a few days ago to eat Fuska. This shop is usually open at night. So I went there at night to eat fuska. This place is fast 30 km from my house. I am basically a foodie so I cycle long distances to eat.The funniest part is that the person selling fuska here is actually a Pakistani man. He now lives in Bangladesh to make a living.

Fuska is made using chili water, masala and salad. Due to the addition of these spices to this food, the taste of the food has increased a lot. I often go here to eat because the masalas of this shop are very popular and delicious.This shopkeeper basically uses many types of Pakistani spices because of which the taste of the food increases a lot. I waited there for a long time to see the food.
Next to this shop there is a university and 4 and 2 primary schools due to which the crowd of students is very high. Here the maximum amount of rash is eaten after finishing the class at night. I went there mainly for this reason. I myself went to a programming class to see.Keeping students in mind, the prices of food in this shop have been reduced. I waited here for a long time and realized that he cooks and makes these foods in the field a little far away and sells them in the shop. The price of this plate is 20 taka in Bengali taka, which is 0.8 steem if you calculate it with steem.
This is a masala whose name I don't know. Due to this, the taste of the food increases to the maximum extent. I tried to find out the name of this masala before but couldn't. Its scent is very strong. Food quality is also good.It was night when I visited this store so I couldn't take a good photo.
Apu can be seen more in Fuska shops because they love chilli water and sour water more.I ate food for 1 steem but many times I saw other people sitting there eating food.
