Firstly, I would like to thank @Hot News Community for organizing such a great contest. This contest post will help the Steemcurator understand the users' feelings and the support they need to grow on Steemit.

How often do you get support from steemcurator 03-08 and also booming?

As I am the moderator of two communities, I do get support from Booming twice a week and once or twice a week from Steemcurator 03-08. But, when I wasn’t a moderator, I hardly got any support. As far as I remember, I used to get votes once a week from Booming or any Steemcurator despite posting quality content, which made me demotivated to continue on Steemit at times.

How would Steemit look like if votes were guaranteed?

If votes were guaranteed on Steemit, then people wouldn’t post any quality content, they would just post anything randomly as they would know that they will receive the vote. Moreover, the Steemit platform will become all about money rather than blogging creative content. And it wouldn't be fair for users who work hard and post quality content.

Steemians are much and is impossible to vote every one, what development do you think can change this for vote to reach everyone?

I understand there are many users on Steemit. But everyone is trying their best to post a great blog and earn some money. So, I think there should be seven steemcurators per community and each one should work once a week. This way, the steemcurator can vote for the best post per day and all the users can get a fair reward for posting quality content.

Plus, I think at times Steemcurator 01 and Steemcurator 02 should recheck if the user who got the votes from Steemcurator is worth getting votes. Because many users are getting votes as they are old or big users only.

Just like the way steemians get votes in their first dolphin post, do you think everyone should create a post of their birthday which is once a year for steemcurator01 to vote it? How do you see my idea?

This is a great idea. I think users should be rewarded on their birthday as for many people, this is the main source of income they rely on, and a vote from steemcurator01 would be a great help and the best gift for them.
