Lifestyle diary game || 24 June 2024 || My day with patients on dialysis and CCU wards in hospital

With the name of Allah who is the most beneficent and the most merciful good morning everyone I hope everyone is doing very well.

I'm Mubashara from Pakistan and I'm going to share my diary here.

So today is Monday and the weekend begins and I prepare my mind that the hectic day and a whole weekend is started and the grind begins so I mentally prepare myself in the morning and just motivated myself that I have to go a longer miles that's why I have to work hard for this time to accomplish my dreams one day .

So I wake up around 6:30 a.m. in the morning and then I press my uniform off the hospital also I pamper myself I have to scrub my face very nicely because a double cleansing is required because yesterday night I was attending an event and I did a lot of makeup after that I did not remove my makeup baby nicely because I was so tired and sleepy too that's why I double since my face with this beautiful scrub as you can see in the picture this cleanse my whole face and then I spray a little rose water on my face so that I feel very fresh after pampering my skin I go to the kitchen to make a breakfast for myself.

There was nothing much to eat in the breakfast because we were busy yesterday that's why my mother did not make anything so I take the yogurt from the fridge and just eat it in The breakfast it is very healthy too and then I change my uniform and get ready time my shoes and ask my driver to drop me to the hospital I reach Hospital almost 8:15 a.m. and as you can see in the picture there is no one in the hospital at that time all the doctors name a little late and there is full easy so I enjoyed by sitting there and I start using my phone and see all the yesterday notification and reply to all that messages that came yesterday.

After this I eventually see the weight machine and I think in my mind that my weight must be increases because of the eat festival because I eat a lot in these days so I go to the weight machine and check my weight and I was shocked that my weight is still maintained I did not gain a kg or half kg and somehow it is a good news too then I settle down on my seat at 10:00 a.m. my professor told me that I have to go to the dialysis room.

I go to the dialysis room to see the patients and there were so many patients I teach them the exercises that they have to do on their lower limb and the upper limb so that their blood circulation will remain active and they have faster recovery then I write down all of the patient notes on their files one by one for the record and then take pictures of their file to because we have to know down in the indoor register for ourselves and then I came out from the dialysis room.

After the dialysis at 11:00 a.m. I have to go to the CCU room because a special call from that department came to the physiotherapy that I older woman needs the opposite therapy so me and the head of department go to the cardiology unit because it is intensive Care unit and we have to go there with full protocol then I wear my shoe cover as you can see this blue cover in the picture and also I wear mask and gloves in my hand so that we did not expose to any sort of germs then we reach to the CCU and guide patient and add the treatment protocol to her file and then we came out.

At this moment it is 12:00 and I am too much tired because I was watching patient from the early in the morning and I also did a little breakfast of just yogurt I wanted to eat something then I go to the cafe and here you can see I am eating the samosa it is somehow unhealthy food but in the cafe of the patients there's nothing nice to eat and we also doctors have to eat their food so I have this with the main track and along with my water bottle I drink water and go to the department. After that I had to do BMI game home and then see because it is a very tiring day for me
