Today is Friday and a very wonderful day for all my Muslim brothers and sisters. And guess what, today I am here to share with one of my best posts about my preferred android mobile application. I thank @fantvwiki for organizing this great contest where we can all share our ideas on our best mobile application.

We have a whole lot of android mobile application, but to my point of view, WhatsApp happens to be the best and my preferred application. Keep on reading and I will explain to you what WhatsApp is and why it is my preferred mobile application.

There is a high possibility most of us have heard of WhatsApp before even if we have not used it. WhatsApp is the beloved messaging application used in many countries for texting. I will be explaining to you what WhatsApp is and it’s features.

WHAT IS WHATSAPP

WhatsApp is a free messaging mobile application which is available on google play store for android phones. This mobile application allows for messaging to be sent to user one on one or in groups. Isn’t this awesome? Others might say it works the same SMS texting but that is not true.WhatsApp chat goes over the network while our normal SMS texting goes through our phone’s providers.

Apart from talking about the part of WhatsApp that deals with texting/chatting, WhatsApp has some features for modern messaging application which includes the sharing of location, sending of photos, search and sending of gifs. Another amazing things we can do is video calls, voice calls and the recording of voice messages.

One important aspect we should never forget of WhatsApp is it been end-to-end encrypted. Without this, WhatsApp is not fully defined. This end-to-end encrypted means when messages are sent using the WhatsApp service, the messages are only readable by the recipient only. This is one of the main reasons why I really like WhatsApp.
