Good evening all, how are you doing? I'm not fine, there's an event that just occured that saddens my heart but since I'm all in on this wonderful platform, I decided to dedicate few minutes of my time to it before retiring to bed. But before I go into sharing my diary with you all, I have a very disturbing question to which I need an honest and satisfying answer to. Please, how do people who wants to reap where they did not sow sleep at night? And who's their audacity plug?? I'd love to unplug my plug and plug theirs.
I'm here to quickly share my Saturday's diary with you. Yesterday was one of the days that tempted my faith but God is in control. If you've been following my post closely, you'd remember I talked about having a test yesterday and finally the day arrived. I couldn't sleep at night because I stayed awake to read and possibly answer few questions I set for myself and when it was day break, I said my prayers, did my chores and stepped out to school. The test was scheduled for 7am, I left my house before this time so I won't be late for the test.
I got to school early
When I got to school, I went straight to the venue for the test and met other students who were already sitted and revising so I located a comfortable place for myself and also kept a space for my friend who was still on her way to school. At 7am prompt, the lecturer came into the hall with some senior colleagues and announced that students who were not there for 'Health psychology' test should leave the hall. My course mates, other departments students and I left the hall to another hall and waited for our turn.
leaving the hall to another to wait for our turn to write test
At some point, I felt the test wasn't going to hold again because it was more than two hours of waiting and I got hungry at some point and I went out from the hall to buy something for myself. I saw a snacks vendor and patronized her. I bought buns and zobo drink and ate, I went back into the hall and some friends came to ask questions to test my knowledge on the course. I was able to answer few of their questions and also asked them mine. My friend finally arrived but without her note and borrowed mine for revision.
buns and zobo to quench hunger
Finally the lecturer came into the hall with senior colleagues to supervise us during the test, he said we only have fifteen minutes to write the test. He read out twenty questions with the instruction to answer all. He literally used ten minutes to read the questions and we were left with five minutes to answer all the questions. At exactly fifteen minutes from when he stepped into the hall, he asked us to stop writing and leave the hall. Guyyyys, I was only able to answer fifteen questions and that's because I couldn't write out the other questions he read and we were not permitted to ask or talk to anyone in the hall.
my friend and I hanging around in school after test
We all left out answer sheets on the desk and left the hall. My friend and I hanged around the school premises first to calm our head before heading to her shop to charge our phones. I couldn't smile because I wasn't happy about not answering five questions, not even two oo. Didn't know who to talk to at that moment and couldn't concentrate on anything. Even when I had a quick nap, all I saw was myself in the test hall. This man played hard on us but God no go shame us.
prayer, I coined from Arike lyrics by Kunmie
And as if I knew what will happen, during the morning hours after praying, a particular prayer kept ringing in my mind.. This prayer was coined from the lyrics of Arike by Kunmie and I had to write it down and post it on my WhatsApp status. Anyways, nothing spoil, I still have examination to write, cover up and still come out with good grades. So y'all , that's how my Saturday was. I hope you enjoyed reading my dairy, see you on my next post.
