Good day great steemians how are you all doing today I hope all is well and you are all enjoying your day, I'm so delighted to welcome you to my blog
INTRODUCTION
In my today's entry I will be taking part in an amazing contest organised by @cryptoloover which has the theme "Your view about support in the engagement challenges"
In my entry I will be talking about the total level of support we get when participating in the steemit engagement challenge and also about the level of seriousness and how supportive we are as steemians towards each others post.
HOW MUCH VOTES DO YOU RECEIVE FROM STEEMCURATOR IN ENGAGEMENT CONTESTS ON AVERAGE?
Generally as active steemians we all know that getting big votes from big curators is not always guaranteed and sometimes we spend lots of time to compose and polished articles in other to publish but at the end of the day we end up getting $0.20, which is always very disappointing
I have been participating in lots of weekly engagement challenges hosted by different communities and sometimes I always feel as if I was just wasting my time due to the level of votes and support I get from it.
And because of poor engagement and support I'd always prefer participating in ordinary contests organised by other steemians because it's from there that I get big upvotes from big curators.
ARE YOU SATISFIED WITH THE SUPPORT THAT YOU GET FROM TEAM?
Generally speaking yes I'm satisfied with the level of support I get here on steemit, but when speaking of steemit engagement challenge it has been a No No, since last week you can look at the above picture for example and as you can see I only got $0.17
and to worsen the matter the day I published the article I really dedicated my time in making sure that it was a 100% legit and I also ensure that I followed all the necessary instructions but at the end I only got $0.17 I was very very disappointed
But that aside I have been having some good time participating in ordinary contests because it's from there that I get upvotes and support from big curators and it is also from participating in ordinary contests that I was opportune to receive an upvotes from Steemcurator01 as you can see in the above picture.
WHAT ARE SOME TIPS THAT NEWCOMERS CAN FOLLOW TO GET GOOD SUPPORT?
Being a newcomer in anything be it here on steemit or any other thing is always very frustrating and confusing because you will find it very difficult to understand some of the basic things that will make you to enjoy your stay.
But all I know is that here on steemit there are no special tips that guarantees good supports rather the only thing that guarantees good support here on steemit are;
- Consistency
- writing simple but meaningful articles
- proper arrangements
- following of rules
The above listed tips are the only thing that a new comer should follow if he or she wants to get good support from big curators.
IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR STEEMIT TEAM THEN SHARE IT HERE.
Yes I have a suggestion which I will like the steemit team to adopt especially when it comes to the engagement challenge, we all know that the steemit engagement challenge is a big one that always has the highest number of participants*.
Almost all the steemians will want to participate in other to get noticed and recognise but at the end some of them including me go home with nothing
So what I will like to suggest to the steemit team is that in the engagement challenge there should set up an automatic 10-20% support that will be distributed to all participants in the challenge so that if we don't win at least it will serve as a motivation for us to continue to participate more.
This will be the end of my entry and I will like to invite @edidiongeffiong, @prime33 @fantvwiki & @ubongudofot

You have a good entry. Puting much with less or no reward is very discouraging at times but half is better than none. You don't have to rely on or hope for votes because is not guarantee but focus on doing the right thing the right way.
