Introduction

Hello dear friends in #hotnews community, I hope everyone is doing great? Am glad this contest was organized by @fantvwiki in this incredible community because creating a community has always been on my mind for the past 6 months🤭. At least I can speak my mind in this contest.

What is the name of the community you want to create?

The name of my upcoming community is know as Steemskills Steemskills sounds like "steemkids" right😅 even as at that, my upcoming community is still known as Steemskills.

What is the theme of your community?
The theme of my community is skills, my community will be talking about different kinds of skills all over the world. Skills like;

• Barbing

• Photography
• Tailoring
• Hair dressing

• Make up
• Shoe making
• Trade
• Repairing of smartphones
• Repairing of a particular electrical appliances and so many others.

What traits do you expect from your community?

I expect things like reviews about a particular skill from a member of my community in which he/she has learnt completely. I also expect students who are done with high school should quickly grab a skill and learn before is too late.

Currently in my country, if you graduate from the university, you will hardly get a job based on the course you studied in school. Let me say a student didn't learn any skill and graduated from the university with first class honours in medicine and the student didn't get any job in the hospital. Assuming this student learnt a skill years ago, he/she would have engage with it till there's an available job but rather they make themselves useless to the society😓

What steps might you plan to take to move your community forward?

I will take alot of steps to take my community forward, my community is going to be like my child by the grace of God, I will take good care of it very well to prevent it from falling but rising day by day🥺🥺 . The following my foot steps;

• Creating incredible contest every week in other to give my members the opportunity to get rewards from me after winning my contest.
• Making sure I have connections in other to get my posts and that of my members upvoted by top steemians in steemit.
• Sharing posts from my community to all my social media network in other for it to get popular and make the steemit platform earn more members.
• Recruit 70% of the people around me, either my neighbors, friends, schoolmates, colleagues and relations to the steemit platform.
• Guide young steemians into the road to learning a skill and also the right skill to learn that will make them comfortable.
• Lastly I will leave the rest for the Almighty God because I must have tried my best and he's the Alpha and Omega.

Conclusion

Managing a community is not easy most times at all, but when that time comes, I will try all my possible best to be active and outstanding. Creating a basketball community is also in my mind but I need to make some research first before I can be sure, basketball is not a popular sport in most countries but I bet you is an incredible sport, am talking from experience.
