Assalam Alaikum friends. how are you everyone? I Hope everyone is doing well. i am fine too Today I am going to participate in a beautiful contest in the Hot News Community community. The contest is organized by @fantvwiki. The theme of the contest is My Means of Transportation. Today I will present to you my means of transportation. I hope you will like it.
Being a citizen of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, you have probably had to visit a passport office or an election commission office at some point in your life. And places like Gana Bhavan, the Prime Minister's official residence and Jatiya Sangsad Bhavan are well-known monuments. Apart from all the important locations mentioned above, many other notable government institutions, offices, ministries and hospitals are located in Agargaon and Sherbangla Nagar.
Shere-e-Bangla Nagar is a fort designed by Louis I. Kahn, a world-renowned architect best known for building the Jatiya Sangsad Bhavan, an architectural monument in Bangladesh. The region has many important institutions including Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital and Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University.
Muktijudda Museum, Dhaka Children's Fair, BCS Computer City (IDB Bhawan), and National Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedic Rehabilitation Agargaon (NITOR) are among the numerous notable institutions. The surrounding area is also a beautiful residential area, with a variety of government quarters, offices and private residences. Today, we'll go through Agargaon and Sherbangla Nagar in more detail.
Because Agargaon and Sherbangla Nagar have several major government offices and large number of tourists, the transit network is well developed. Dhaka's biggest avenue, Manik Mia Avenue, runs on one side of the Jatiya Sangsad Bhavan, while Lake Road, where you'll find Chandrima Udyan, runs on the other. To the east there are two branch roads of Begum Rokeya Sarani which continue through Agargaon and Sherbangla Nagar; One is Bir Uttam Khaled Avenue, which crosses the site of Dhaka International Trade Fair and the other is Syed Mahbub Morshed Avenue. Both these highways are full of traffic. The 60 feet road, which leads to Mirpur, is on the north side. There are different modes of transport on this road including buses, CNG auto-rickshaws and private automobiles. As a result, from here you can go to any area of Dhaka very easily.
Rent or own a vehicle, public transportation, Uber call. I use these transports in daily life as required in morning hours.
Although public transportation will take you practically everywhere, you may prefer to explore the region by automobile or request a car for easy commuting and sightseeing. There are many different vehicle dealers around, each specializing in a particular brand. They offer both new and old vehicles.
For a short period of time, renting a car is easy and cheap. Most tariffs are fixed daily from morning to late evening or every 24 hours for smaller vehicles. Needless to say, you'll need a driver's license, and note that the number of driving experiences and the minimum or maximum age of a driver may vary depending on the rental business.
All activities use transport to get to office, school and campus. Although there are several disadvantages to using private transportation, one of which is increased traffic congestion in some major cities, the automobile remains the primary option for passing a travel time.
Personally, I use a motorbike as my primary mode of transportation for a variety of reasons, including commuting to work, taking the kids to school and shopping at the market.
As per the recent resolution, passengers on long journeys will be charged Rs 2.20 per kilometer, which is Rs 0.40 or 22% higher. In other cities, it was raised from Rs 1.70 to Rs 2.20 per km. The fee will be Tk 2.8 per kilometer in and around Dhaka, which was Tk 2.5 earlier.
Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation analyzed the proposed figures, using fuel prices as 45 percent of the overall operating cost of the transport industry and came up with a statistical calculation of how much a rise in petrol prices could hurt the sector.
