We already familiar with steemit communities. Some communities are running successfully and some communities shut down after reaching their goals or they no longer can carried it forward for several personal issues. New communities are also building by active steemians and some successful communities contributing to make steemit platform a better place to practice writing and sharing knowledge.
Let me confess a truth, I'm very lazy to play a role for community and also not so good at effective communication as a result I never made any successful community but once I tried it alone myself but later I become tired and for my laziness that dream of leading successfully remain a dream only. But today I'm sharing a concept of community that probably found in steemit but later it disappear for several issues.
Whale curators are kind enough to support new communities that I had too but unfortunately for my indifference I couldn't continue building successful community and all I can blame myself as I was responsible for this. I looked for short cuts to grow up and there I wasted a lots of time and maybe that's why I'm still ignored by curators. I have no complain to anyone because I know I did not choose the right way to grow up.
Anyway, let me share my concept about creating a newest community. To explain it better, I may answer questions I've found from the contest host.
What is the name of the community you want to create?
The name of my community already I've mentioned in the title but would love to mention the name once again. It will be Steem Finance & Technology. This is actually about #fintech theme which going to help users sharing knowledge about technology and finance. Relationship between finance and tech.
What is the theme of your community?
Theme of the community will be the combination of finance, technology, science and business. In a word the theme will be fintech. There is a reason behind selecting the theme. There are very less amount of fintech original content available in steemit. Most of the people including myself busy with making lifestyle, art and diary game blog but steemit should have communities with a good niche that community will only represent the particular subject and object.
What traits do you expect from your community?
Expecting a very popular community which should have a strong community account to support users around the world. Finance and technology based information will be available. Users will bring several discussion on fintech and engagement with each other effectively.
As we know sharing is caring so we will share knowledge and information on fintech. The community will be open for both finance, tech experts and learners. I expect a very hot community where people enjoy making comments and share their point of views on several topics that refers to #fintech.
What steps might you plan to take to move your community forward?
First of all I will invite my friends already in this field (business, finance and tech) to cooperate as team and lead the team effectively in my absence, even in my presence. Will distribute roles like one will check each post to make sure that the post is free from plagiarism and cross post. Will appreciate quality content creators by arranging contests and will reward them with steem and tron.
Will motivate others to interact with each other effectively and will arrange more reward earning opportunities. Will help users to make quality blogs by follow those rules we are following. Will make the community free from abuse, bully and other bad attacks and this only possible when I can arrange a good and active team for the community. I will try my best to contribute on steem economy build up.
Gradually we will make the community one the best community of this platform. The niche could be finance, business, crypto, technology which means any kind of financial blogs which represent or share knowledge. Crypto news, bull market, bear market, wen moon, BTC update these also can be included to write posts and these also can be niche of the community as well.
