Contest Alert !!! || "Let's Promote Steemit.

Greetings Steemians, I am glad to be a participant in this contest. Appreciation to @abdullahw2 the organizer of this contest, it is really an exciting creativity. To get the ball rolling, I will go on to talk about how we can promote steemit and will try not to leave any stone unturned.

There is a very big difference between Steem Blockchain and other social platforms. In Steem Blockchain the users have the power to determine how they want the platform to be. Users get to share their views and ideas on Steem Blockchain and at the end they get rewarded for it through Steem curation unlike other social platform that users share their ideas without any form of rewards making Steem Blockchain a very advance platform.
So basically, the biggest difference so far between Steem Blockchain and other social platforms is the ability to earn Steem and SBD as rewards for every action you take on the Steem Blockchain platform while other social platforms don't reward you for all the actions you take.
Overall, users of Steemit literally do the job of blogging and social media combined which is not seen in other social platforms.

There are basically two modes of advertising and promoting Steem Blockchain which are online method which is the social media and the offline method. I use the both of them in promoting Steem Blockchain.

SOCIAL MEDIA METHOD: I have accounts in many social media platforms including Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, discord and X. It is easy to promote Steem Blockchain online because you get to reach out to as many people as you want using the social media which is quite a very easy way to promote the platform.

OFFLINE MEETING: Here, I meet people one on one and get to introduce Steem Blockchain to them. Though it is not as fast as the online method but it is more convincing than the online method since the person you are addressing will be seeing you physically as you speak and at the same time can easily ask you questions that pops up in his mind.
So I meet people I meet in school and my neighborhood about the Steem Blockchain that's how I promote Steem Blockchain offline.

There are many strategies one can employ to make new users of Steemit get engaged and continue using the platform. Two of which I would apply are:

EDUCATION: New users on Steemit should be gathered together and be educated on the benefits of consistency on the steemit blockchain. They should be told why Steemit deserves to be taken serious and what they stand to gain when they take steemit serious. This will serve as a great encouragement for new users especially to those who did not understand how the platform works.

GUIDANCE: Anyone that is new to steemit will definitely need to be guided, so new users should be shown how to work with steemit since it is not quite easy to understand a complex platform like steemit as a newbie.
In a nutshell, when a new user is discovered old users should make sure he or she has someone guiding the person on how to work with steemit. With that, they will not give up along the line because the platform is too complex for them to understand easily.

Promoting a platform has been made easier by Telegram and other social media platforms and having many contacts on Telegram is a bonus here. They get to see the post about Steemit and they will begin to make enquiry to know more about Steemit and then I can tell them about Steem Blockchain as a whole. Easy, isn't it?
