Hello people of Steem and Steemit,
It's my pleasure to welcome you to the 90th edition of “The interview showcase...." and my 14th show for 2024.
If you are new to this page, this lifestyle program has many educational values. A weekly interview of users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.
It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steem and Steemit itself.
I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.
They also share some tips that can help other users understand the blockchain and correctly use it. Sometimes they seek valuable suggestions here to help them solve some of their challenges.
In today's edition, I would be featuring @mahadisalim from Bangladesh. This user is an electrical engineer and also a solar Installer. What drew my attention to him was his solar skills. He has been trying his best to build up his SP strength. He shared some of his daily activities on his blog. And today, I would be finding out more about him.
@mahadisalim property
🔶Mahadisalim: I would like to start by thanking you first For allowing me to participate in your interview. I am a normal Steemit user. I enjoy writing on the Steemit platform. My name in real life is Mahadi Hasan Salim. I am an electrical engineer. I work in an electrical substation of a private company. I have one daughter and one son. The girl is nine years old and the boy is four years old. We are two brothers. I don't have a sister. I am the eldest child in the family. My father is a retired school teacher. My mother is a housewife.
I am a citizen of Bangladesh. My mother tongue is Bengali. I like playing cricket very much. I used to play good cricket in my childhood. I wanted to be a cricketer. In my hometown, I am known more as a cricketer than an engineer.
🔶Mahadisalim: My username is @mahadisalim. My school and official name is mahadi. My family and relatives call me Salim. So, I gave the username @mahadisalim. My friends will know my username. My Facebook ID name is also the same. I want to be known by this name on social media.
🔶Mahadisalim: I joined the Steemit platform in September 2022. I have great memories of joining the Steemit platform.
Then, I became regular on the Steemit platform from the beginning of 2023. I told Steem For Bangladesh community admin @ripon0630 about my problems and he helped me to start fresh. I thank @ripon0630 because he inspired me in many ways.
Then @msharif bhai cooperated with 200 SP from his delicate project. Weekly and monthly community meetings have helped me a lot to improve post quality. Steemit platform and the Steem For Bangladesh community have merged with my soul.
When I was new to the Steemit platform I didn't understand many things. Steem For Bangladesh Community Monthly Meeting I never miss a single one. I used to listen to the words of the admins and moderators and later tried it myself. I started trying to make the writing quality and markdowns nice. I am learning more and more every day. I am reading the writings of the senior author and after seeing them I reduced my writing mistakes. However, I have now realized that it is not possible to do something in one day on the Steemit platform, like in work life. I have to write patiently and wait for success.
I now know of senior Steemians like you. Feel comfortable writing in all communities. But I'm still learning a lot from senior Steemians like you on the Steemit platform. But I feel comfortable writing now., However, I am doing better now
🔶Mahadisalim: Some achievements of my Steemit platform are: Getting support and following from Curators 01 and 02. My reputation score is 70+. I had my first dolphin 2 days ago and getting called for your interview etc.
🔶Mahadisalim: I was a very weak student when I was young. My family was very worried about me. I wanted to learn computer work. At one point I became interested in education and enrolled in university to study computer engineering. After a few days, I realized that the Electrical Engineers job sector is good. Then, I changed my technologies and moved to the electrical department. Honestly, all sectors are good if you are willing to learn and work hard.
🔶Mahadisalim: *** I have been working in the electrical profession for twelve years. Although the work is risky, I am enjoying it very much. Day by day, I am learning new electrical work. I have a good electrical team. We always do teamwork. The biggest thing is that everyone is there for me when I'm in trouble. There is no end to learning so I want to learn more about electrical work.***
🔶Mahadisalim: I am an electrical engineer, and I am the head of the electrical department. So I have to take full responsibility to solve the electrical problem. I have to plan the electrical work of the company. The work has to be done beautifully. My reputation is based on my work. I am free all day but suddenly at 1.00 pm when there is an electrical fault, I have to come to the factory and solve the problem quickly.
A few weeks ago, at 2.00 am, an electrical fire broke out in the 33 KV electrical substation room, destroying many equipment. I quickly came to the office and started working with my electrical team. An hour before, I interview you, I complete the task and reconnect the power. The company started production. I worked day and night for a whole week to solve the problem. This is the most exciting project of my work at the moment. Such, problems occur two to three times every year. The company has built trust in me on electrical work.
🔶Mahadisalim: The product of my company is the rod. Rods are made from iron by melting it into billets through various processes. The smelting of iron creates a lot of smoke in the air. The environment is polluted. The owner of our company assigned me the task of installing the smoke purification machine. I worked with an Indian company for about two months to set up smoke purification machines. In this, I was able to learn a lot and participate in the prevention of air pollution. The company is able to earn a lot of foreign exchange by selling the powder obtained after refining the smoke. The powder obtained from the smoke is exported to China. It is my recent work milestone.
I try to improve the electrical aspects of the company. Last year our company's electrical power factor charge was huge. I researched for about a month and figured out the problem. Currently, our company has zero electrical power factor charge. I completed the work at no cost to the company. An electrical engineer will understand the power factor charge. I know I work in a private company and I will have a job based on my work.
🔶Mahadisalim: At present, the price of electricity is increasing in our country. Then, the government is not able to provide an uninterrupted power supply. One of my favorite topics is solar power or renewable energy. I would like to do research on renewable energy if I get a chance. One day the importance of renewable energy will increase in our country or the world. If people know the benefits of renewable energy, everyone would use it. There is no substitute for renewable energy especially to save the earth.
The cost of solar power is very low. Costs are higher because we purchase from third parties. Once the solar power is set up there is no further cost of oil or other. I have installed solar power in my house and many of my friends at low cost. Currently planning a solar power plant for my company.
🔶Mahadisalim: This question is very difficult for me to answer. I love to read not just one but a few of Steemian's blogs. Because by reading the blog I can know the culture of different countries. Love to read any blog. especially diary games and crypto-related blogs. But I love reading @sahmie's crypto blog. Whenever I get time I read diary blogs of writers from different countries..
🔶Mahadisalim: *** I'm still learning on the Steemit platform. I would like to see Steem have a better position in the crypto market. I am ready to do whatever our users need to keep Steem strong. Many witnesses are working to improve the Steemit platform. I want the Steemit platform to remain as it is now. May we all express our feelings by writing on the Steemit platform.***
🔶Mahadisalim: I wake up every day and make a schedule to blog on my Steemit platform. I write little by little between office work. Then, after the evening I go home and submit it. Try to post one every day. But I keep a certain time in the whole day to blog on the Steemit platform every day. Because writing on the Steemit platform has become a kind of addiction for me.
🔶Mahadisalim: Since I came to know the benefits of burnsteem. Since then I burnsteem my every post. Then I power up my earned steem every week. I have held my club100 tag since the beginning., Isn't this encouraging to them....
🔶Mahadisalim: Impossible to get one Still the answer to your question is:
- I would isolate active users who didn't power down.
- Incentivize active reputed users to avoid power down.
- I will arrange development meetings of the Steemit platform with senior and knowledgeable users.
- Steemit platform rules are very strict. I think the Steemit platform is in a good position because the laws of the platform are strict. I would like to enforce the laws more strictly.
- I will adopt the method of finding those users who write good and quality but do not get support.
🔶Mahadisalim: *** I haven't been able to travel abroad yet. I visited Cox's Bazar Beach, the most attractive place in our country. I like beach trips the most.***
🔶Mahadisalim: I think all users of the Steemit platform will want to participate in your interview show. I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to participate in your interview show. I've been following you since the beginning of the Steemit platform because you have some senior Steemians who act as role models for us. It was a dream to be interviewed by you.
🔶Mahadisalim: *** I like pets. I love petting pigeons the most. I will talk about living with cats and pigeons.I am a Bangladeshi so Bengali songs are my favorite. Sometimes I listen to Hindi songs. I prefer a song from the nineties.***
🔶Mahadisalim: I am a Bangladeshi so Bengali songs are my favorite. Sometimes I listen to Hindi songs. I prefer a song from the nineties. Below is the YouTube link of the song.
🔶Mahadisalim: The message for my Steemit team is to take the Steem Platform to the highest level in social media. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to the best of my ability.
🔶Mahadisalim: My message for newbies and users is to be patient and write according to the rules of the Steemit platform. Keep working and learning and eventually success will come. I always give inspiration to people I know who are coming to the Steemit platform through me. Seniors should learn by reading.
🔶Mahadisalim: I thank you for interviewing a junior user like me. Many users will be inspired by your interview. Hope you continue with this program. Participating in your interview program will be my greatest achievement on the Steemit platform. Best wishes for you..
