Here are the ingredients used for preparing vegetable soup;
Vegetable
Crayfish
Maggi
Pepper
Waterleaf
Stockfish
Onions
Perewinkle ( optional)
Palm oil
Meat
Salt
Fish
Procedures;
Wash your vegetable and waterleaf very well to avoid sand.
- Slice your vegetable and Waterleaf
- Prepare your meat, fish, Stockfish, perewinkle and stir it well.
- Add Waterleaf, onions, crayfish, Maggi, salt, pepper turn and cook for 3 minutes, then add Palm oil and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add your vegetable and turn it well, then cook for 2 minutes so it will still be fresh.
After all that, then your vegetable soup is ready to be served. It's simple and easy to prepare.
