There are quite a number of tools to do delegation with.

I use @justyy's Delegation Tool...

Yup, I used it too in the past for the delegation tool. Also very simple.

Personally, I used to use SteemWorld to delegate, undelegate or check my delegations (or anyone else's for that matter).

From SteemWorld --> Delegations Tab:

Currently, I prefer to use Steem Keychain directly.
