Not only in our country, but also in the tradition of each region, a variety of street food can be noticed, our country has a variety of street food of excellent and attractive taste. We try to make our time enjoyable through all these street food. In fact, it's not just me, but people in every region. Because of everyone has a little extra weakness towards local food.

Today I will share the photography of the food to participate in this contest, its name is Fuchka. It is a very popular and tasty food in our city. Most of the people in the city enjoy the taste of this food every day. Because of people are always vulnerable to popular and tasty food. So let's take a look at some of our popular street food photography-

Fuchka is a kind of local food, it is found in many parts of South Asia but under different names. As we know it as Fuchka, but in Kolkata or other parts of India this dish is called by different names according to the local tradition. However, in all parts of our country, it is known as Fuchka and everyone knows this dish by the same name.

Let's take a look at some of the ideas on how to make these tasty and popular Fuchka or what their main ingredients are-
-Flour
-Suzy
-Talmakhna (special kind of spice)
-Salt
-Water
-And oil (for frying)

In a special and local way, they are made into small round shapes and they are fried in oil. This is the method of making the main item of Fuchka. But then you have to focus on the real thing. Because of it is through the following ingredients that the taste of Fuchka increases.

In the second part of this Fuchka, Where there are-
-Dabli,
-Eggs,
-Onions,
-Green chillies,
-Coriander leaves
-Special spices
-And tamarind sauce

In fact, it is because of these special ingredients that Fuchka tastes good and Fuchka has gained popularity in our country. In fact, ingredients play a major role in all flavors of food, the right presence of ingredients is able to greatly increase the attraction to food. However, the price of this food is more tolerable in our region, so all classes of people can take the opportunity to enjoy it.
