Hello dear #BanglaChef community, a big hug also to @hafizullah, this is my first post in the community. My name Litzney, I am 30 years old and I am from Venezuela, the economic situation we are going through is no secret to anyone, for several months I started a business at home due to the pandemic, selling hamburgers.

This income has helped me to support my family, I practically have 03 jobs, security coordinator, working in steemit and selling street food.

Cooking and eating is really a pleasure for me, so I am delighted to be able to show you how I prepare my favorite street food and the best in the area.

Ingredients:

• Artisan bread for hamburgers
• Ground beef
• Lettuce
• Tomato
• Chips
• Ketchup
• Eggs
• Onion
• Garlic
• Oil
• Red paprika
• Wheat flour

Meat preparation

• We place the ground meat in a container, salt to taste, oil and onion already sautéed, tomato sauce, wheat flour. We join everything and let it rest for 30 minutes. Later we make the shape of our meats and fry.

• Generally, I love to make a sauce to go with them. Place 2 eggs in a blender and beat at high speed for a minute, adding oil little by little until obtaining a cream, add onion, garlic, paprika and salt.

• Once everything is ready, we begin to assemble to our liking.

They are really delicious, the bread is handmade, very soft and flavored with oregano.

My first client of the day was very happy. 💪
