Ingredients:
3 egg yolks,
3 tablespoons sugar,
1 cup ripe mango juice,
1/2 liter milk,
1 tablespoon gelatin,
2 tablespoons water,
Cream,
1/2 cup sliced mango,
1/4 cup pomegranate

- Mint leaves.
Preparation: Soak the gelatin in water for a couple of minutes. Beat the egg yolks, sugar and milk well during a bowl. When it's well mixed, add gelatin in it. close up the oven after giving gelatin.
Mix the gelatin well from the oven. Then add mango juice. Stir within the mango juice for a short time more. Then pour into serving dishes and leave within the fridge for two hours. After two hours, remove from the fridge and serve with cream, mango pieces, pomegranate and mint leaves. Or function your own.
