Chinamitos

Los Chinamitos, son pequeñas criaturas de la noche, provenientes del folclore venezolano específicamente más conocido en el estado Nueva Esparta. Según los locales estos nacen a partir del fallecimiento de niños no bautizados o abortos repentinos no deseados, estos con el tiempo quedan bagando en el mundo de los vivos como niños sombríos. Los chinamitos pueden ser tanto niñas como niños, lo cual afectará a quien esté bajo sus encantos o maltratos.

Los chinamitos se dedican a llamar la atención principalmente a otros niños, pues estos no tienen muchos compañeros de juego. Por esta razón tratan de enamorar y encantar a otros de su misma edad para llevárselos a formar parte de su mundo y poder tener con quien jugar. Se dice que para saber si un chinamito se enamoró de alguien, es común que le dejen a los niños regalos y muestras de amor como es el caso de dejarles en frente de casa o su cama un corazón hecho de piedras.

Para ahuyentar a los chinamitos es recomendable decir groserias pues estos las detestan, otra manera de ahuyentarlos es dejar de bañarse o hacer cochinadas, jugar con basura o con tierra pues los chinamitos son muy limpios y aceados.

Los chinamitos son conocidos por ser muy traviesos, llegando hasta el punto de hacer travesuras incluso a los adultos, robando objetos preciados que llamen su atención, cambian de lugar las pertenencias, hasta llegar al punto de impedirte dormir durante toda la noche. Los chinamitos son descritos como pequeños niños normales a los demás pero ellos ocultan su verdadera forma, cubren con su cabello sus orejas puntiagudas, usualmente son de tez pálida y cuando intentan caminar lo hacen con la punta de los pies, es importante destacar que sus pies se encuentran al revés, aveces tienen ropa mientras otras veces están desnudos, también se les describe por ser solo sombras con forma humanoides y unos enormes puntos blancos como ojos que te observan desde la oscuridad.

Segun cuentan los locales existe la creencia de que los chinamitos suelen salir solo durante la luna llena mientras otros dicen a verlos visto vagando por doquier, también se dice que los chinamitos acompañan a La Sayona en sus recorridos, pero en estos casos la Sayona es inofensiva. Se ha convertido en una creencia que ha pasado de generación en generación y muchos de los padres al nacer sus hijos no olvidan bautizarlos, pues estos suelen ser sus principales victimas.

El mundo está lleno de maravillas, incluso de relatos e Historias aterradoras, con el pasar del tempo solo son eso, y quedan así, una buena historia para pasar el rato, no sabemos si realmente existen o no, pero eso es lo que hace a nuestras culturas maravillosas, un día nuestros abuelos nos contaron esos relatos y algún día nosotros se los contaremos a nuestros nietos.

Chinamitos

For this reason they try to fall in love with and enchant others their own age to take them to be part of their world and to be able to have someone to play with. It is said that to know if a Chinese girl fell in love with someone, it is common for children to leave gifts and tokens of love, such as leaving a heart made of stones in front of their house or their bed.

To scare away the Chinamitos it is advisable to say rude words because they hate them, another way to scare them away is to stop bathing or doing filth, playing with garbage or dirt because the Chinese are very clean and steely.

Chinamitos are known to be very mischievous, reaching the point of mischief even adults, stealing precious objects that attract their attention, moving belongings, to the point of preventing you from sleeping throughout the night. Chinamitos are described as normal little children to others but they hide their true shape, they cover their pointed ears with their hair, they are usually pale in complexion and when they try to walk they do so with the tip of their feet, it is important to note that their feet They are upside down, sometimes they have clothes while other times they are naked, they are also described as being only shadows with a humanoid shape and huge white points like eyes that observe you from the dark.

According to the locals, there is a belief that the Chinamites usually go out only during the full moon while others say to see them seen wandering everywhere, it is also said that the Chinamites accompany La Sayona on their tours, but in these cases the Sayona is harmless . It has become a belief that has passed from generation to generation and many parents do not forget to baptize their children when they are born, since these are usually their main victims.

The world is full of wonders, even stories and terrifying stories, with the passing of time they are just that, and they remain like this, a good story to pass the time, we do not know if they really exist or not, but that is what makes our wonderful cultures, one day our grandparents told us those stories and one day we will tell them to our grandchildren.
