Also, I've been working pretty hard these last days here on Steemit, not any good comment on any post, but you've noticed these detail...

Dear @steemcurator01, I've left the comments and my votes, and I see that you have already voted for them, I thank you very much because the contribution you give to the community is very important.

But selecting them is not an easy task, it would also be good if the work of putting together each publication is recognized, which is done to promote not only the community movement but #steemit as a whole.

At least I do it with a lot of commitment and love, but it's nice to know that work is valued and not that only the little things that don't seem right are pointed out to you.

You've voted all the posts, but not mine... that's pretty demotivating, since it took me two hours to do.

My opinion: Selecting an article is not based on votes but on how it is written with the author's heart and soul meaning their effort on writing such article. It is also based on the judge if such post has deep meaning on her or affects her/him while she/he is selecting the post. There are many writers here who were not given much attention.

Hi @diosarich, selecting the post is extremely difficult:

The article must be original content, created by the steemian, and of course not plagiarism
The article has to be #steemetexclusive. If it's in another blockchain, doesn't count
We have a lot of writers here and it's difficult to select all of them, as you can imagine...
The pictures shared by the author has to have their sources
If the post is an informative one, there have to be the source of the data

Honestly... not all the posts count with all these requirements (and more, those are just examples)... And no... the meaning on our affects doesn't count... this is not a selective community, but open to what the users need and want to share.

And... as you say, the votes don't count but of course, the passion that you can appreciate from the writing does.

I hope it has clarified your idea about the Selecting Posts.
