Step 1: Wash your tomato,onions, pepper etc
Step 2: Put it in the grater(manual grinding machine). You can also make use of blender if you have one
Step 3: grind the tomato,onions, pepper etc. With the grinder.
Step 4: Wash and boil your meat/fish. You can add ingredients such as a seasoning cube, curry, kitchen glory, salt.
Step 5:put and empty pot on the gas, add groudnut oil, allow to hear for 2mins,add tomato paste (e.g Gino pepper and onion),add the grinder tomato, allow to heat for sometime, add salt,add the meat and fish you boiled,allow to hear for about 10mins.
Your delicious stew is ready😁😁😁
