How to not ruining steemit? + some suggestions for developers

I have so many things to say in this post, I first wrote a full page, but then I said, why would I say it, but then again I thought this might be useful for the curators and bosses.

please read this context completely, cause I wrote this to help steemit and users.

Well, I want to give you some advice, I want to tell you that you are not police officers, you are not a government, you are not in power to control people (but you can guide them/help them), you are not owning users! and this is not a slavery system, okay?

well. you want to help users to stay here and keep creating new posts, useful posts, not running away from here, right?

It is too easy to help them, why you don't show love to people? why you always act like FBI? or other systems? what is going on with all of you hiding behind this system? why you can't easily talk with people? comment on their posts and tell them their problems, tell them how they can become better, tell them what they have to change to have more benefits on this platform. to make them feel safe here, not like robots, at the moment, what I see is a group of people made a cult and they are treating users like if users should give them services and they have to obey the masters.

well, I know this post was totally different, I know, I don't say I did everything well, but even I need you to help me understand your new rules, I don't even know which system is this, I really like to understand it!

look, people are posting videos on youtube, and it is not a 7 days post, it has no expired day (you can change this part), so they can have benefit from it even if 5 or more years passed from it, it can suddenly become recommended and have millions of views and thousands of dollars for that user, I am not here to advertise youtube, but I am just saying this to give you my critical opinion.

I am posting stuffs on steemit and when I see nobody cares, I find no other way but just posting it on another platform, because nobody care about what I am posting here, and after seven days my content buried under the dust. okay? It has a value, I even asked my friend to help me write better reviews, and I started to care about the things I am posting here, but when I see you guys ignoring me completely I don't get it.

Okay guys, I never wanted to post things like this, but I thought someone should talk with you guys, because most of the people I bring here, you made them run away from here, it is not only them.

I was here from 2017 I even saw famous people came to steemit and steemit system made them run away, because nobody care about them, you know what would happen if you kept those famous people? they could help you grow by advertising steemit anywhere!

Okay, it is late night here, I hope you had a nice day, @steemcurator01 @steemcurator02 @steemcurator03 @steemcurator04 and if there are more to listen to me for once.

I also have to add: I am not a beggar, I bring valuable content on this platform. I didn't post this to give me votes, but I will ask you to help people, this is all I am saying, love people! don't fight with people, don't blacklist people, don't ignore people! but just teach them, guide them, care about users, they are not criminals :D

Thank's for this content my brother!
