This is one of the latest songs by Bob Dylan, it is called "My Own Version of You" it was released in 2020. the song is inspired by an old novel called "Frankenstein" (by novelist Mary Shelley).

In this song Dylan sings "you" but it is not about the audience or someone else, it is actually about Dylan's past, or the time he knew, cause he refers to many things that he had memories about them or he chose them (though mostly it relates to Frankenstein's novel he also talks about Shakespeare's words or Cesar and movies and actors like Pacino and Brandon). what I think about this song is that it is about bringing something better to make things better in these latest years, the things which we lost in history.

Dylan is singing this song in his own unique style, The music is going forward in the same theme as it started and has some changes in some parts where the chords changes and riffs were played harder, it sounds amazing, it is exactly how it should be like music for a movie and a narrator who is telling us a story along with this theme music. it has a long lyrics which it shows how much he worked on this song to make it special and different and a new creation of his works, something better and unique.

I hope you enjoyed reading and listening to this song,
